KHALED ALMOBTY WINS THE FIRST OF RIYADH’S FEI JUMPING WORLD CUP SHOWS – ARAB LEAGUE

Saudi Arabia’s very own Khaled Almobty delivered a flawless performance to clinch the CSI4*-W 1.55m FEI Jumping World Cup on Friday the 13th of December at Jump Saudi 2025 in Riyadh.

Riding his 10-year-old mare, Diana du Plevau, Almobty secured first place after completing the class in a time of 74.49 seconds. Italy’s Emanuele Camilli came second in 74.68 seconds, and Spain’s Pilar Lucrecia Cordon was third with in 75.06 seconds. The champions were crowned by Abdullah Al-Asemi, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Equestrian Federation.

Middle East Sub-League:

The nine-leg Middle East Sub-League promises intense competition across the Gulf region, running until February 2026.

The league starts in Riyadh with a CSI4* now won by Almobty, moves to a CSI5* starting on the 17th of December, and then navigates a busy schedule across multiple key equestrian hubs, including:

Al Ain, UAE

Abu Dhabi, UAE (two separate legs)

Kuwait (two separate legs)

Doha, Qatar

The season will culminate in Sharjah, UAE, in February 2026.
