SAUDI ARABIA SEALS FIFTH TEAM GOLD AT THE 20TH ASIAN GAMES

Saudi Arabia has won Team Gold in the Asian Games showjumping event once again, delivering three clear rounds over a course designed by international course designer Louis Konickx.

Khaled Almobty and Diana Du Plevau Z, Abdulrahman Alrajhi on Lorenzo ES and Ramzy Al Duhami on Untouchable 32, cleared their rounds – while Saad Alajmi’s four faults were discounted.  Their total time score was 225.36.

Team United Arab Emirates finished behind the leaders to take the Silver medal with four faults and time score of 218.77, while Japan secured Bronze, also with four faults in time score of 226.12.

The two individual competitions will start on 3 October, before the final rounds and the crowning of both individual champions on 4 October. For more information about this new two events, tap here
