LOTTO CSIO4* SOPOT - POLAND 2025
From the 12th till the 15th of June, 2025, the Sopot Hippodrome will once again become an arena for international competition at the highest level. The LOTTO CSIO4* Sopot 2025 competition will commence with teams from all over the world, top showjumping competitors and promising youngsters taking part. Four days of sports await spectators, as well as an extensive zone of attractions for entire families.
CSIO4* – WORLD SPORT IN SOPOT
As part of CSIO4*, eight competitions will be held, including the most important ones:
– Nations Cup (Friday 13th of June) – with the participation of teams from Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Poland and Italy.
– CSIO4* Grand Prix (Sunday 15th of June) – fences up to 160 cm with a jump-off and counted towards Longines FEI World Rankings.
In total, over 100 competitors from 20 countries will start at the Sopot Hippodrome, riding 227 horses - both in the CSIO4* and in the parallel CSI1* competitions, which gives less experienced pairs a chance for an international debut.
Poland will be represented by Dawid Kubiak, Mściwoj Kiecoń, Wojciech Wojcianiec, Kamil Grzelczyk, Michał Kaźmierczak and Aleksandra Kierznowska.
The start list also includes titled competitors such as Andre Thieme (Germany), Cian O'Connor (Ireland), Rik Hemeryck (Belgium) and Alberto Zorzi (Italy).
YOUNG TALENT AND A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE
The event will also feature children’s and youth competitions CSIO Sopot Young Stars including a costume competition that is much loved by the audience and is scheduled for Saturday the 14th of June.
For families and the young, an attraction zone has been prepared, which will include:
- Hobby Horse Championships - competitions on stick horses,
- animations, educational zones, thematic stands,
- gastronomy and a relaxation area
LOTTO CSIO4* Sopot is the largest equestrian event in Poland and a unique opportunity to see national teams and top European competitors and experience the atmosphere of international competitions.
